The golf course and driving range are OPEN! In addition, a new learning center building has been built.  It gives the staff even more opportunity to fit you for the correct equipment, use video with for instruction and many other benefits.  The new range is complete with target greens, a practice fairway, the new teaching building, two new large tees (the north tee is restricted for lesson use), a redesigned short game area and practice bunker and a new large putting green.  This will provide the staff and students a great venue for improving their skills.

Matt Sipko
Assistant Golf Professional

Matt graduated from the Golf Academy of America in August of 2014 at the top of his class.  Matt also received the Byron Nelson Achievement award that honors the one student per graduating class that exemplifies Mr. Nelson’s high standards of attitude, work ethic and game improvement.

Matt's teaching philosophy caters around the student’s learning style.  Some students like to keep it as simple as possible while others like to know how everything works.  Either way, Matt is committed to making them a better player.  While it takes some students more time to achieve the results they desire, he does not necessarily believe a student should or will get worse before they get better.  Matt's goal of each lesson is to achieve better results that day while building a foundation for long-term success.  It’s important to understand the cause of poor results, but more importantly, how to effectively fix them.
